Shipping Details

1.Which shipping company should I choose to send my films?

Although the choice of that is completely up to you,we would recommend you use some of the most reliable shipping service providers out there like UPS and FedEx. You can use their online shipping cost calculator to calculate your shipping cost.

Of course you can choose your country's national postal service to send your films but regarding the poor time limitations and security records of the national postal service we do not recommend it. Use it as the last measure,we know how much your films means to you.

2.Is there anything else I need to pack along the films?

Yes!And it's a biggie.

We receive A LOT of films everyday, and we need to know which one is yours. That's why we need your to print out the thank you page or write down your order number on a sheet of paper and pack it along with your films before you ship.

This is very important. If you forget to do so please contact us and provide your package tracking number via Email. We'll  charge you a processing fee of $2.

3.How do I pack my films/negatives?

First of all,

For 35mm/APS/126/110 films: Keep them in the plastic container they come with when you bought them to avoid humidity and shipping damage.

For 120/220/Developed Negatives: Put them in a plastic bag with a zip seal, press the air out and then zip it to avoid humidity.

Then put your films in the box and use packing peanuts or other eco friendly cushioning material to fill the box to avoid shock and damaging.Don't use an envelope or just a bag to pack your films they might get crushed during shipping.

WARNING: DO NOT USE NEWSPAPER OR OTHER PRESS MATERIAL FOR CUSHIONING!MIGHT NOT PASS CHINA CUSTOM!
